When I brought these flowers home they were absolutely loaded with bright green buds.  As the buds kept opening into big fat flowers I kept making adjustments.  I&#8217;m not complaining because the process was a pleasure even though it was a challenge.   I photographed the set up as a reference but painting the real deal is much more fun.  [...]]]></description>

The Merano Glass that I own is very subtle, almost like Alabaster in color.   I wish I could say I bought it in Venice.  I&#8217;ve heard about the near by island with the glass foundaries.   The Lizianthus were suggestd to me by my very artistic  florist for their intricate stems and buds.
